A vibrant Minneapolis community just south of downtown, Phillips is a convenient place to live. Phillips holds a lot of promise, which could very well be Minneapolis’ biggest up-and-coming community. Philips is by no means the most luxurious neighborhood in Minneapolis, but there are definite advantages to living here. It is possible for residents of Phillips to develop close friendships with people of all backgrounds, many of whom may be foreign-born.
